The axle mounts are located on the left and right side and
fixed to the underside of the chassis. They keep the axle in line but because
they are made from plastic they are prone to wearing over time and when there
is excess play this can put the gearbox under some extra strain and can produce
a squeaking noise where the axle rubs on the underside of the battery tray on
some trolleys, so check them or get us to check them to ensure that you don’t
accrue extra work and cost.
