Latest problem

Our latest problem that a customer contacted us about was because after not using the trolley for a while and then trying it, nothing happened !!! Unfortunately the battery had already been disposed of so when we connected another battery up to try the trolley it 'suddenly' worked... After close inspection of all wiring and switch, there were no issues and on the running test still no problems. The result is that the battery was at fault but we couldn't test it so had to presume, also the customer had mislaid their charger and so this couldn't be checked either. 

Please keep all items if your trolley isn't working until it has had a proper diagnosis and items eliminated so that they can then be disposed of as definite fault.

A quick note to you all regarding your electric trolleys. 

Recently we have had trolleys bought in to us with issues or problems which once looked at and dianosed some of these could have been prevented and in so doing the cost could have been less, just a regular service could have bought these issues to light.

So look after your trolley and it'll look after you, come see us and get your trolley checked.

Batteries

4 batteries tested over the past few days as they were requested due to them not lasting a full round and an intermittent problem. This produced mixed results, 1 bad battery connector, 2 bad batteries and 1 good battery which suggests the charger is at fault. 

Golf Trolley

Is your electric golf trolley in good working order. Get us to check it out and make sure it is and that the trolley is pulling the correct power from the battery and also that the battery and charger are fine. We do see trolleys that just need a bit of tlc to get them in good order then it's easier to keep it that way. Also if a battery is not making it round the course it may not be the battery that is at fault as it may be the charger or the trolley.
