Lithium batteries are lighter on a like for like basis when
compared with lead acid batteries and in some cases quite considerably.
Lithium batteries when compared like for like with lead acid
batteries are generally considerably smaller.
They can provide more power to your trolley.
They will normally have a longer warranty or guarantee and
in some cases up to 5 years.
Although they may cost more upfront this will balance out
over time when compared with the costs of lead acid batteries.
You will need a new different type of charger if you up
grade your battery and there are packs where you buy both the battery and
charger together for a reduced rate.
